- We guarantee that our cheese will arrive fresh and in excellent condition. If you receive a product that is not up to standard, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
- To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo of the damaged or spoiled product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that were not stored properly upon delivery or were damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
- All sales are final for items that do not meet the criteria for damage or spoilage.
