Shopping Information
1. How is your cheese packaged for delivery?
Our cheese is carefully packaged in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain optimal temperature and freshness during transit.
2. How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12.99 for all orders. However, if your order total exceeds a certain amount, you qualify for free shipping.
3. How long will it take to get my package?
We use expedited shipping services to ensure that your cheese arrives within 24 hours, maintaining the ideal temperature and freshness throughout transit.
4. Do you ship to all states in USA?
At this time, we only offer shipping to North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC). We are working on expanding our delivery areas and hope to serve more states in the near future. If you live outside of these states and are interested in our products, please sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on our shipping expansion and other exciting news.
